VYB_POBSTRTEET is a daily project which is intended to help the community in engagement and in popularity and seek for any potential problems in the community and its possible solution.
This project is an initiative of @insight.pob and @onealfa.pob or @onealfa.vyb, where there will be a daily topic raised in which everybody can engage in it, if you have any topics suggestion kindly drop it in the comment section with #Topic.

There's work available. It's long term and would require that you commit yourself to a certain amount of time/article reviews per week. If you're interested please let me know. It's not a fun task, you know, moderating articles, but it will give you a new respect for the process.

It's not a must to be and it's not a crime not to be part of moderators.
Some are busy outside the community and don't want to start what they won't finish as you said.

It's been a while for me here.
A moderator would be rewarded and that's good but if it can be a contract like 6 month or a year so if you want to continue you renew.

So how long will one inactivity take to be removed from being a moderator
For example if you are not active for x days you would be removed

Just like any job, if I don't hear from you after a certain period of time, the delegation will be removed. That period of time will be determined once we meet as a moderation team.

The expectation is that you moderate the VYB community. If you're going to be away, then say so and let us know for how long.

The moderation plan is for a continuous review of VYB material. Having 3-4 moderators will allow people to rotate or moderate at different times to minimize the work load.

This is a call to action for me in particular and honestly I still feel very sad that I can't come up for my pobstreet responsibility due to my system crashed which as not been fixed.

But of a truth I will be willing to add value tie the community by taking a role despite the tight schedule too.

I keep on believing that it is when you and me come together that will can have the community we dream of.

Well, this is nice. Thanks, insight. I can support two additional moderators in POB/VYB delegations. They can reach me in discord for more details. They would be working with myself and @jesustiano to moderate the VYB and the POB communities. They will also be working with other groups to help protect Hive. The primary focus at this time, however, is moderating the VYB community.

What is meant by moderating you need most?,is it to spotting out plaglarism,or replying and giving answers to questions most especially new bies?

Reviewing articles for:

Plagiarism per guidelines of Plagiarism.org.
Coordinating with Hive Downvote Rewards or Hive watchers to validate and report fraud
Coordinating with other members of the moderating team to discuss findings and determine actions to take
