The Tune Tune Train keeps rolling:

The Tune Tune Train is a challenge I came up with based on the Three Tunes Tuesday format. I will give you three great songs and you can win a $1 Ecency boost if you tell me what connects the songs.
A connection can be: they are all about flowers, they have the same drummer, they all sing about Pink Mushrooms, or they are all kids from famous parents. Just to give an idea of what a connection might be.

It´s up to you Dear Reader to figure out what connects the Tune Tune Train.
Or wait till I solve the riddle in next week's post.

Last Weeks Clues Were

So the connection hint was:
I just gave you a mirror of a mirror, of two songs that need to be connected to the third.
A mirror of a mirror is a cover of a cover. And those covers need to be connected to the third song as mentioned.

And then I explained that if you connect the songs to the Key hidden in the title you should be well on your way....as in Google we Trust.

If you Google Salem and I´ll be your mirror:

Now since I discovered Taylor I am her biggest fan. The witch can sing, she can act, and is just fluffing cool.

And even if you match Salem with Twisted Games you would end up with a song from Motherland: Fort Salem, which would have been the correct answer. And btw a very nice series on Amazon Prime.

Serious flashback post and tunes, Missy really knew how to deliver the raps, and man Californication was such a quality album with John Frusciante back, what an album that was. So many good songs on that album, it's insane, you picked a beauty in Californication though. Bloodhound Gang!! Those guys were great fun and had some cracking tunes and just did not give a flying fuck.

Bloodhound gang guys were so nice when they visited the club I used to dj, they had their own table but were crazy polite for a bunch of rascals.
And Californication has to be in the top 2 best RHCP albums, you can not argue with that

Agree about Californication being second best album. Blood Sugar Sex Magik is their best in my opinion

I did not want to call it out, but I agree fully on BSSM being #1

Yeah that was the good thing about being the only rock and alternative place in a city with a big stage I got to meet all kinds of bands that did a show and after partied at the club i worked. But Bloodhound Gang were really cool and Bullets for my valentine those two really stood out as being nice. Unlike Moterhead🤐

Thanks, well it was that I listened to RHCP and heard the reference for the first time a week or two ago and then it was easy the other two I remembered from back in the good old days. But it was RHCP that sparked the idea !CTP

The "space may be the final frontier" line is a reference to Star Trek though.
Kind of bold to put them both in the same song (Star Wars and Star Trek), even into the same stanza.
I heard there are people out there that don't like it when you mix these two :-)
