Hello Hello people of the Hive
The weekend is fast approaching and that means a date for me with Sylvia and her coconut bra tomorrow.
On the way there I will be seeing what I am about to show you as the main object for my shadows.
I live right across the street from Raith Rovers football club.
This is the view from my front garden!
I have been waiting to take a picture of this stand with its shadow, the problem however is that virtually all the time there are cars parked there, which obstruct the shadow.
For example the next picture is from yesterday!
I get the feeling that had the cars not been there, then this might well have been a more powerful shadow that the entry I have submitted for today.
No bother though, I shall use the first picture as my entry.
If you are curious this is what the ground itself looks like from my garden.
When they leave the metal grey gate open then you can take a picture like this one.
They are a community run club, however they have received planning permission today to build a two storey community hub in the car park right across from my house, so I am not too sure about that, as that will in theory be busy every day!
I hope that you enjoyed those shadows and the wee glimpse into the football ground, for your information they play in the Scottish Championship league.
