Honestly, Zipmex southeast Asia's crypto exchange with their office in Thailand and Singapore has really amazed me, because I never expected or saw it coming that they were going to ever resume withdrawals for their customers, after filing for bankruptcy a few weeks ago due to the Luna, Celsius saga, Zipmex halted their exchange withdrawals on the 20th of July due to liquidity issues, exactly 3 weeks ago today, which was majorly caused by their exposure to troubled Babel Finance and Celsius. they also filed for bankruptcy protection from creditors.
At that point, I thought their customer's money was all gone and they would not ever be paid or allowed to withdraw their hard-earned money, but does this mean that there is a possibility that all the crypto exchange and lending firms that filed for bankruptcy some weeks back could come back and resume withdrawal for their customers too?. if that happens it will be very good and nice for the crypto industry because it shows some form of loyalty to their customers and that would help build back trust for the crypto industry that some people have lost for crypto due to LUNA crashing to Zero and the high rise of crypto firms filing for bankruptcy.
Previously on August 2, 100% of users’ SOL (Solana) was released, 100% of Ripple (XRP ) was announced for release on August 4, and Zipmex said it will make 100% of Cardano (ADA) available on August 9, 2022, which is today, so I guess later in the day this will happen. Stablecoins, on the other hand, will remain inaccessible for the time being., While Bitcoin and Ethereum are scheduled to be released on August 11th and 16th respectively. Well, let's see how these Bitcoin and Ethereum withdrawals will go just a few days away now, I hope it goes well.
