TASTE TEST OF THE ESPRESSO INTENSO FOR NESPRESSO

coffee -2.jpg

Greetings coffee lovers. Hope you've all been well. I've been drinking slightly less coffee from cafes lately and making my own at home. It means my little espresso machine is getting more use these days.

In my quest to get cafe style coffee at home, I've been trying different better quality pods that the ones from the supermarkets. There is one that I quite like and am drinking right now from Caffe Corsini. It's a 100% Arabica coffee roasted in Northern Italy. It's apparently a "single source" coffee but I can't quite see where the beans are from. I suspect they're from South America, probably Colombia.

The one downside of these pods is that they're made of plastic, which isn't great for the environment. I'm collecting them for the recycling place at the supermarket, but I much prefer the aluminium ones that I can I can clean up and recycle myself.

As mentioned in the video above, the taste is intense, as promised on the pack, so it may not be for every one. I'm a big fan of dark, strong and bitter, so I quite like it a lot.

My next brand to try will be the Grind range. I like that their pods are recyclable, though they're a little more expensive.

Peace & Love,

Adé

Yeah the recycling aspect is key with coffee pods.

I'm a big fan of dark, strong and bitter, so I quite like it a lot.

Sounds like something I would like as well.

Grind makes a 100% recycled and recyclable pod, and their coffee is not bad. The only thing is, I think, it's only subscription based. I'm not a big fan of subscription based consumer stuff.

Yeah I'm not a fan of that sort of thing either

Coffee smell nice to the health

Haha. I guess :)

Looks hella dark T^T

It is. You should try it :)

hmm

Interesting coffee and it would be good if they use environmentally-friendly packaging as you mentioned. I like black coffee but not the type that is strong and bitter :)

I think many of them are moving towards environmental friendliness. It seems coffee drinkers tend to be people that care about these things too.

And that is really good :) We do want to enjoy coffee and not feel guilty of adding to our environment's pollutants :)

Hello Adé

I love your videos 👏 They are so well produced and the content is clear and concise, with a soothing voice, and music!

I have been spoilt with Nespresso Coffee the past month, and I enjoy the consistency and variety of flavours. Yes, some are more intense, which I do like, and I also like my coffee black.

Ah, thank you for the complement. I do enjoy making them :). I love editing videos as well. People are tired of all the fluff, so it's best to cut to the point these days :)
